主な職務及び主な責任 Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• 理化学試験、微生物試験、サンプリング、包装資材試験、分析法バリデーション、分析移管など日常業務およびアドホックな リクエストの試験業を実施し、すべての方法が JP、GMP/GCTP ガイドライン、承認書などの規制要件を満たしていることを 確認する。 

• 富士 QC の 試験方法と手順の能力を有する。 

• 他の QC 試験者に対して、要求に応じて試験方法や試験検査機器の使用方法などの QC 活動に必要なトレーニングを実施する。 

• 会社の方針および GMP/GCTP の指示に従って、試験検査に関わる文書 (SOP、WI、およ び IQ/OQ および PQ プロトコル) の作成およびレビューを行う。 

• 不適合/逸脱/CAPA の発生時は正確かつタイムリーに処理を行う。 

• 技術および GMP/GCTP ガイドラインに関する知識を維持および開発する。 

• 化学物質及び標準品の購入、保管・在庫管理及びこれらの更新、トラブル対応、廃棄を適切に行う。 
• 試験検査結果の完全性と正確性をレビューし、保証する。 

• ラボ機器のライフサイクル管理（インストール/キャリブレーション/検証/適格性評価/トラブル シューティング/更新/廃棄）および関連するソフトウェアを管理する。 

• ラボ機器の使用記録を月次でレビューする。 

• 計画に従って安定性試験と報告をタイムリーに完了する。 

• 計画からの逸脱が特定された場合、直ちにエスカレーションする。 

• 安全かつ規制要件に準拠し、トレーニング マトリックスで定義されているとおりに作業するために必要なGMP/GCTP、EHS、および役割関連のトレーニングを受ける。 

• GMP/GCTP コンプライアンス、恒久的な監査準備、コンプライアンス リスクと違反の特定を積極的にサポートする。 

• 製品品質照査(APR/PQR; Annual Product Review/Product Quality Review)について予め定められたパラメータにおける結果の集積・解析を行い、日常の工程管理が適切であったかどうかを再評価のためのデータを提供する 

• 品質管理マネージャーまたはラボ リーダーによって割り当てられたその他の義務。 

• Performs analytical testing activities such as chemical test, microbial test, sampling, packaging material test, method validation and technical transfer activities relation to routine operations and ad-hoc request, so as to ensure that all methods meet regulatory requirements such as JP, GMP/GCTP guidelines and registered dossier, etc. 

• Achieves competency in Fuji QC laboratory methods and procedures. 

• Trains other QC analysts in QC activities such as laboratory methods and how to use lab equipment when requested. 

• Writes and reviews laboratory document (SOPs, WIs, and IQ/OQ and PQ protocols) as directed by company policy and GMP/GCTP. 

• Deals with non-conformance/deviations/CAPA in an accurate and timely manner. Maintains and develops knowledge of technology as well as GMP/GCTP standards. 

• Performs chemical substance and Reference standards purchase/storage/stock control/update/trouble shooting/disposal. 

• Review and ensure of integrity and correctness of laboratory test results. 

• Performs lab equipment lifecycle management (installation/calibration/validation/qualification/trouble shooting/update/disposal) and related software management. 

• Review and archive use logs of lab equipment monthly basis. 

• Ensures timely completion of the stability test and reports in accordance with the plan. Escalates any deviations from the plan immediately when identified. 

• Ensures required GMP/GCTP, EHS and role-related training required to work safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements and as defined by their training matrix. 

• Proactively supports GMP/GCTP compliance, permanent audit readiness, identification of compliance risks and breaches. 

• Provide the necessary data for report preparation which defined the requirements for Annual  
• Product Review/Product Quality Review (APR/PQR), with compiling and analyzing results  
• based on predefined parameters to evaluate routine process performance. 

• Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Control Manager or Lab Lead.
