We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organized Event Management Intern to join our team and support the coordination of impactful events and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and coordination of internal and external events
• Assist with logistics for congresses, meetings, and workshops
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, and Access)
• Coordinate with vendors and external suppliers
• Help manage administrative and budget-related event activities
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation processes

Profile:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
