The Position

羅氏大藥廠-真實世界數據研究實習課程

課程目標
以真實世界證據專案（real-world evidence project）為主軸，讓實習生在 6 週內 (2025/7/6-
8/14) 完成從「研究問題形成 → 研究設計 → 數據分析 → 結果解讀 → 報告→ 教材輸出」的閉環
訓練，並實際參與跨國藥廠的研究協作模式。
課程大綱
本課程旨在引領實習生深度參與真實世界證據的完整產製流程。學員將從文獻回顧與法規研析
出發，學習如何從真實世界數據中挖掘洞見，並歷經研究問題定義、研究設計至統計分析的實
戰演練，進而掌握 RWE 在藥業的核心價值。
課程內容
實習生於六周實習結束後完成:
1 份可執行的研究設計文件（研究問題、族群定義、暴露/結局、偏差或敏感度分析規劃）
1 套可重現的分析程式（R 或 SAS）＋ 資料處理與描述性分析輸出
1 份結果簡報（含主要結果、限制、建議下一步）
1 份內/外部 RWE 教學材料（例如：演講投影片）
預期收穫
● 實際接觸國內外大型真實世界數據資料庫
● 參與藥廠真實世界數據研究案
● 了解藥業文化與工作方式，幫助職涯探索
● 學以致用，將學校所學技能應用至藥業
實習規劃及名額
● 實習單位: 羅氏大藥廠/醫藥事務部 (115臺北市南港區經貿一路170號10樓)
● 實習規劃: 6周，週數可依照專案進度，於取得主管與學生共同同意後彈性增加。
● 實習期間: 2025/7/6-8/14
● 實習名額: 2-3名
● 授課對象: 藥學系5-6年級學生且有RWE相關經驗者尤佳或臨藥所碩博班學生
● 甄選方式: 請於4/13下午五點前用email方式寄送個人書面履歷 (格式不拘，信件主旨: [
暑期實習申請] 姓名) 到進行shih-chieh.shao@roche.com初審，4/17將用email通知初
審結果及複審口試細節。甄選評估項目包含是否具備運用R或SAS進行數據分析能力及
基本藥物流行病學知識，以及相關個人特質 (例如: 具備發掘、分析與解決問題，善於
溝通與表達，並能參與團隊合作)
