Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to drive strategic priorities, governance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead portfolio and demand management governance across the Americas Commercial Information Technology organization.
• Align technology investments, business priorities, and delivery roadmaps to maximize business value.
• Consolidate and maintain visibility of product roadmaps across key Americas markets.
• Facilitate portfolio prioritization discussions and support informed executive decision-making.
• Drive standardized ways of working across countries, functions, and product teams.
• Coordinate planning cycles, governance forums, leadership meetings, and operational reviews.
• Deliver executive reporting, portfolio analytics, and actionable business insights.
• Lead continuous improvement, productivity, and transformation initiatives across the region.
• Develop scalable governance frameworks and best practices for global adoption.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in portfolio management, demand management, project management office, or technology governance.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex global matrix organizations.
• Strong experience driving strategic planning, prioritization, governance, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change, transformation programs, and adoption of new ways of working.
• Excellent analytical, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
