We’re looking for an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to join our MedTech ANZ Talent Acquisition team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA leader who enjoys the balance of leading a team, partnering strategically with the business and staying close to recruitment. You’ll lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants while working closely with senior business and HR leaders to understand workforce priorities, anticipate future capability needs and shape effective talent strategies across Australia and New Zealand.

The role will also retain ownership of selected senior, specialist and business-critical recruitment, giving you the opportunity to stay connected to the market and directly influence key hiring outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants, building capability and driving strong delivery across the business
  • Partner with senior business and HR leaders to understand workforce priorities and translate them into practical talent strategies
  • Lead selected senior, specialist and critical hires, from sourcing and assessment through to offer and close
  • Build proactive talent pipelines across priority areas, including Commercial and Supply Chain
  • Use market intelligence, competitor mapping and recruitment data to provide insights and influence hiring and workforce decisions
  • Coach hiring managers on effective assessment, interviewing and evidence-based hiring decisions
  • Champion a strong candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Contribute to broader ANZ and APAC Talent Acquisition initiatives, sharing market insights and helping improve how we attract and hire talent

About You

We’re looking for someone with extensive Talent Acquisition experience, ideally gained across both in-house and agency environments, who is comfortable operating at a senior level and partnering with a broad range of stakeholders.

You’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, with a genuine interest in coaching and developing others
  • Strong experience within the medical devices or healthcare industry
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the confidence to advise and influence senior leaders
  • Strong direct sourcing, talent mapping and proactive pipeline-building capability
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to use data and market insights to inform talent decisions
  • The ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on recruitment in a fast-moving environment

If you’re passionate about Talent Acquisition, enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships and want a role where you can lead, influence and still remain connected to recruitment, we’d love to hear from you.

Why Choose Us:

  • Competitive remuneration package
  • Continuous training and support
  • Award-winning leadership development programs
  • Inclusive, flexible, and accessible working arrangements
  • Equal opportunity employer supporting diversity and inclusion

Our Benefits:

  • Up to 18 weeks of parental leave to support new parents
  • 4 days of volunteer leave to give back to the community
  • Option to purchase up to 2 weeks of additional annual leave for extra time off
  • Enjoy a dedicated Wellbeing Day to prioritise self-care
  • Global Wellness Reimbursement of $780 per year for healthy eating, exercise, or mindfulness activities
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program for personal and professional support
  • Enhanced leave provisions for compassionate (caregiver) leave, providing up to 30 days of additional support
