Summary :

医療機器修理センターにおいて担当製品群の修理業務を遂行し、品質、適時性、安全性および顧客満足の向上に貢献するポジションです。

担当製品の修理プロセス運用、トラブルシューティング、品質管理、継続的改善活動を通じて、国内修理サービスの安定運営と価値向上を支援します。

また、海外製造元やグローバルチームと連携しながら、新製品導入、修理工程構築、技術移管プロジェクトに参画し、日本国内の修理能力向上に貢献します。

本ポジションでは、医療機器の最先端技術に触れながら、グローバルな技術ネットワークとの協業、改善プロジェクトへの参画、および将来的なRepair Service Managerや技術スペシャリストとしての成長機会を得ることができます。

Duties & Responsibilities

> 製品や修理工程で発生する技術課題について原因分析、トラブルシューティングおよび是正処置を実施する。複雑な問題については関係者と連携し、再発防止に向けた対応を推進する。

> 品質マネジメントシステムの要求事項に基づき、不適合、是正処置、変更管理、手順書・記録管理、監査対応などの品質活動を実施する。

> 業務委託社員、新任者およびチームメンバーに対し、修理認定方針や標準手順に基づいた技術指導、トレーニングおよび知識共有を行う。

> 事業部、品質部門、サプライチェーン、海外製造元など関連部門との協業を通じて、問い合わせ、苦情、技術課題および業務課題の解決を支援する。

> 担当製品の修理、検査、評価業務を実施し、品質・納期・安全性を確保する。修理完了品が確立された品質基準、技術仕様、手順書および関連法規制に適合することを確認する。

> 海外製造元およびグローバルチームと連携し、新製品導入、修理プロセス構築、技術移管、修理・試験設備の準備および検証活動を支援する。

> Lean、Kaizen、5S、デジタル化、自動化などを含む継続的改善活動に参画・推進し、修理品質、生産性、リードタイムおよびコスト効率の向上に貢献する。

Other Duties :

Required Minimum Education:                                           

高等学校卒業以上
Required Years of Related Experience:      
なし。

医療機器修理、医療機器メンテナンス、精密機器サービス、製造設備保守、フィールドサービス、技術サポート等の経験が望ましい。

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 関係者と協力して業務を推進できるコミュニケーション能力、主体性、改善志向
• 問題解決能力およびトラブルシューティングスキル
• 修理手順書、技術文書、記録類を正確に理解・作成する能力

• Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）および業務システムの基本操作
• 普通運転免許

Preferred Minimum Education: 学士号                                        

Preferred Area of Study: 
電気工学、機械工学、生物医工学、医療機器関連分野

Preferred Related Industry Experience (if applicable):
 医療機器業界、ライフサイエンス業界、精密機器業界、産業機器業界での修理・保守・技術サポート経験

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 医療機器、精密機器、産業機械等の修理または保守に関する実務経験
• 電気・電子・機械分野に関する基礎知識
• 医療機器・医薬品業界など、品質管理や規制要件を遵守して業務を行う環境での経験
• 医療機器修理業責任技術者資格、または同等の関連資格
• 英語によるメール・会議対応経験、海外製造元との協業経験
• SAP、Power BI、Teams、SharePoint等の利用経験
• Lean、Six Sigma、Kaizen、5S、PDCAなどの改善活動経験
• 新製品導入、技術移管、修理プロセス構築、バリデーション（IQ/OQ/PQ）への参画経験
• 後輩や業務委託社員への技術指導・トレーニング経験
