The Role
As a key member of Veeva’s China Strategy team, you will drive the growth, innovation, and strategic direction of Veeva’s Commercial Content portfolio in China.
You will lead the strategy for local Content AI and dynamic content initiatives, ensure global products are effectively localized or build product pathways tailored to China's unique market, and act as the core liaison between the China market and Global product/strategy teams. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across Sales, Services, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and Marketing, you will drive business growth and deliver ultimate customer success for China customers.
What You'll Do
Sustain and deepen Veeva PromoMats usage among Chinese customers, expanding adoption from MLR to the full content supply chain including content AI
Thoroughly understand the business challenges and market dynamics of content management in China life science industry and define a clear executable product vision and strategy
Guide the product team in support of new features and capabilities, including new areas of content product growth
Define and win early adopters, lead the early adopter program to ensure smooth delivery, and play a pivotal role in reference selling
Work closely with both local and global product/strategy team to land and tailor-make Veeva content innovation in China
Provide thought leadership by presenting at industry or Veeva conferences
Build and maintain relationships with content management key stakeholders to regular capture industry insights
Requirements
8+ years working experience, and 3+ years in life science industry
Deep understanding of Marketing Operations, MLR business processes and content supply chain management in Pharma companies
Passion and critical thinking in content management transformation
Proven success case in customer facing roles
Good verbal/written English skills
Good presentation skills
