The M&S Graduate Program is Sanofi's flagship early career accelerator, designed to fast-track exceptional talent into M&S China's core leadership pipeline. Over 3 years, you will gain cross-regional, cross-functional business immersion across critical M&S operations — building deep operational expertise, strategic thinking, and global perspective through real-world challenges. With industry-leading executive support — including a Site Head as your Career Sponsor and a Global M&S Leader as your dedicated mentor — you will benefit from direct access to M&S China Cluster and Global Business Leaders through regular executive dialogues, a personalized development journey with external professional coaching, and targeted capability building in Digital & AI, critical thinking, and leading change. Main responsibilities职责描述：

Production Operations & Root-Cause Analysis Development

• Support daily production operations and progressively develop root-cause analysis capability for technical deviations, building toward independent ownership by Year 2–3
• Learn to organize and manage manufacturing resources — balancing facility/equipment capacity, workforce, and production cost under senior guidance

Process Improvement & Validation

• Contribute to process optimization initiatives (parameter refinement, equipment adjustment) to enhance quality and output, practicing the structured problem-solving that defines future production leaders
• Support the planning and execution of process validations to ensure quality stability through process changes — progressively taking ownership of validation projects

GMP, Quality & HSE Compliance

• Implement cGMP practices in daily operations, aligned with Sanofi global standards, building rigorous compliance discipline from Day 1
• Take accountability for HSE within your scope, learning to allocate resources effectively for risk assessment, training, and safety program execution
• Participate in deviation, OOS, and complaint investigations alongside cross-functional teams, following up on CAPA implementation
• Support change control, equipment/cleaning validation, and batch record/SOP authoring and review

Team Building & Cross-functional Project Leadership

• Progressively build and develop a professional production team, strengthening GMP awareness and technical capability among peers as you grow into a people leader
• Take on project leadership for cross-departmental initiatives — practicing influence, planning, and execution skills critical to future leadership roles
• Ensure strict compliance with psychotropic drug safety management regulations, reporting abnormalities promptly and completing required certifications

About you 任职资格:

• Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or quality management within the pharmaceutical industry — experience in foreign/multinational manufacturing environments is a strong plus
• Education: STEM background strongly preferred — Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related technical disciplines; top MBA with relevant manufacturing exposure also considered
