Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator Intern, with a commitment period of 3 months, located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Internship Overview

The Marketing Coordinator Intern will support the surgery portfolio from Johnson & Johnson MedTech in executing marketing initiatives, data analysis, and administrative activities. This internship program aims to provide practical exposure to healthcare marketing, event management, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a medical technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in daily administrative and coordination activities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, educational programmes, workshops, and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate event logistics, including marketing materials, venue arrangements, and post-event follow-up.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, trackers, inventories, and customer records.
• Track and monitor capital equipment demo placements to ensure proper utilization, follow-up, and record maintenance.
• Manage ICD Contracts

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any related fields
• Able to commit to a 3-month internship program
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take initiative.
• Experience in presentations, event coordination, or data analysis will be an added advantage.
