The Position

Starte deine Karriere im Marketing mit einem 12-monatigen Praktikum bei Roche Diagnostics – und erlebe, wie vielfältig und sinnstiftend es ist, Innovationen im Gesundheitswesen aktiv mitzugestalten.

Das Praktikum ist als Vollzeitstelle ausgeschrieben.

Was dich erwartet:

• Vollständige und eigenständige Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von kleineren Projekten (z.B. Marketing-Kampagnen, Newsletter Design & Erstellung, Social-Media & Website Updates, Erstellung von Landing Pages)

• Unterstützung der Marketing Manager:innen bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Nachbereitung von komplexen Marketing-Projekten (z.B.: Omnichannel-Kampagnen, Webinar-Kampagnen)

• Kontakt und Steuerung von Agenturen und internen Stakeholdern

• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Marketing-Tools

• Freigaben von Marketingmaterialien

Wer du bist:

Damit du bei uns aktiv mitgestalten kannst, bringst du Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und eine gute Portion Organisationstalent mit – genauso wie Kreativität und sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch. Außerdem sind folgende Qualifikationen von Vorteil:

• Erste Erfahrungen im Marketing, vorzugsweise durch Berufserfahrung oder mehrere Praktika (bspw. in Medien- /Marketingagenturen oder inhouse Marketing-Abteilungen) sind von Vorteil

• Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing / Digitale Medien (bevorzugt), oder Kommunikation

• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Marketing-Tools wie Social Media Ads, Google Ads, Marketing-Automation, CMS-Plattformen sowie Design-Tools (z. B. Canva).

• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und mit Datenauswertungen ist von Vorteil

• Verständnis für grafisches Design, UX/UI Kenntnisse
