Purpose:

This role works in collaboration with the Associate Director, HCP Promotions and the full HCP promotional team to develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans to drive brand growth. Core to this role is  serving as the cross-indication digital lead, responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of Veeva Approved Emails (VAEs) and Non-Personal Promotions (NPPs).

This position requires a proactive, self-starting individual who can independently manage multiple priorities, identify opportunities, and drive projects forward with a high degree of ownership and accountability. The individual will collaborate across cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional initiatives, build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality execution of key business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead assigned marketing initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and strong business outcomes.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends, leveraging insights to optimize marketing strategy and execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute promotional programs while managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive field engagement and enablement through clear communication of key initiatives that support sales force execution.
• Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions that keep projects moving forward
