Position Summary
You will act as a trusted scientific partner for healthcare professionals, investigators and internal teams across Argentina. You will share clear, balanced, evidence-based medical information and gather clinical insights that shape medical strategy for assets currently under clinical development. You will support clinical research, provide scientific education, and collaborate closely with medical and clinical development. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with principal investigators and study teams.
Identify enrollment and retention barriers and collaborate with investigators and site teams to implement solutions.
Support feasibility, site identification, prioritization and selection activities.
Support development of new and existing investigational sites by identifying capability gaps.
Position the company as a preferred partner for clinical research.
Facilitate scientific exchange on protocols, disease landscape and unmet needs.
Deliver balanced, evidence-based scientific exchange in face-to-face and virtual settings.
Provide clear scientific education and training to internal colleagues, including field teams.
Represent the medical function at scientific meetings and congresses while following policies and local regulations.
Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
Degree in a health or life sciences discipline (for example: medicine, pharmacy, nursing, biology, physiotherapy).
Experience as an Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and/or in clinical research or clinical operations.
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and recruitment dynamics.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with investigators.
Strong scientific communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Spanish and working knowledge of English.
Full-time availability and willingness to travel across Argentina.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
Hands-on involvement in feasibility or recruitment acceleration initiatives.
Experience with research networks and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) insight tools
Experience delivering scientific presentations or training to healthcare professionals.
Familiarity with local and international codes of practice and regulatory requirements
Comfortable using digital tools for virtual engagement and data capture.
Work model
This is a field-based role with regular travel across Argentina. You will work remotely from the field and collaborate with the office and cross-functional teams. Hybrid arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process
