• 深入非公业务领域，挖掘不同类型的核心客户，推动强生与非公客户的业务整体合作和订单达成
• 与公司内部各业务团队紧密合作，保持与集团的合作谈判并整合医院当地的业务资源，助力在非公医院的业务拓展与增长
• 推动强生产品在非公医院的集团和院端的准入，并在此过程中，不断明确适合非公医院的产品策略
• 摸索针对不同类型非公客户的商业模式，在产品组合、定价策略、渠道模式、市场推广方式等层面形成有效的业务模式

 

• 深入非公业务领域，挖掘不同类型的核心客户，推动强生与非公客户的业务整体合作；打造强生在非公市场的核心价值，摸索针对不同类型非公客户的商业模式，在产品组合、定价策略、渠道模式、市场推广方式等层面形成有效业务模式
• 与公司各业务团队紧密合作，探索符合非公客户特点的业务合作方式，整合公司优势，助力业务增长；打造一体化产品解决方案，推动强生整体的产品策略，推动强生产品在非公医院的集团和院端的准入
• 与公司各职能部门共同助力公司深入研究国家对非公医院和社会办医方面的管理政策，并探索对强生业务发展有利的政策方向，探索公司针对非公业务的整体长期发展策略，带领团队与公司各业务部门共同打造强生非公业务的竞争优势
