We are searching for the best talent for MRO Analyst.

Purpose:

  • This role will oversee Manufacturing, Repair and Operations items (MROs) used in manufacturing processes, overseeing a 3rd party integrator to assure manufacturing items are stocked to meet volume production’s needs.
  • Maintains daily cross‑functional relationships and uses communication and active listening skills to resolve material discrepancies.
  • Follow all procedures in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs), make observations and communicate with the internal customers or external vendors.
  • This position supports the platform within J&J MedTech.

You will be responsible for:

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

  • Analyze consumable usage data and forecast ideal reorder points to reduce inventory levels while ensuring production stability.
  • Monitors the delivery schedules for materials, through a defined procurement process.
  • Addresses and resolves issues related to customer satisfaction, logistics, quality, and other factors related to the Tool Crib operation.
  • Cooperates with relevant departments to define materials inventory, inventory levels and delivery times, and establishes alignment with other supply chain partners.
  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to ensure that technical, validation and regulatory strategies are implemented in an efficient and compliant manner and at an appropriate risk level
  • Communicate with internal and external partners to coordinate and execute project plans.
  • Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
  • Responsible for following all Johnson & Johnson guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Johnson & Johnson compliance with all Federal, State, local and Johnson & Johnson regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications / Requirements:

Experience and education

  • Degree of studies as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Equivalent
  • Experienced knowledge of medical device manufacturing
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional work experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish across functions and both internally/externally
  • Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures and in to comply civil rights requirements

Required knowledge, skills, abilities, certifications/licenses and affiliations

  • Experience or a combination of experience and knowledge from college or projects of inventory management are desirable.
  • Experience or knowledge in EPRs Systems are desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills & demonstrated ability to operate as part of a team.
  • Proven competence to evaluate communication and act upon significant risks, demonstrating leadership of the high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Strong influencing skills - Excellent interpersonal skills (written and oral).
  • Decision Making – Required to make decisions on technical and management issues.
  • Direct experience in supporting medical device manufacturing operations
