You will join Manufacturing Sciences & Technology (MSAT) in Singapore to support commercial manufacturing and product lifecycle activities. You will work closely with production, quality, process science and technology transfer colleagues. Your work will focus on monitoring process performance, resolving technical issues, maintaining product documentation and supporting continuous improvement. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Author, review, and approve Cleaning Risk Assessments, protocols, and reports
Develop trial protocols, support execution, and optimize cleaning processes
Coordinate validation execution, sampling, and data review
Troubleshoot cleaning issues and support investigations and CAPA
Liaise with QA and Global SMEs to ensure alignment with GMP and corporate standards
Brief and guide cross functional teams on validation strategy and execution

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science or related technical discipline.
Strong GMP cleaning validation expertise, including PDE based limits and MACO
Demonstrated experience leading tech transfer programs and validation lifecycle activities
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder coordination experience
