Advanced Practice Provider - Pasadena
We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to redefine whole-person care at our Pasadena clinic. As a foundational member of our team, you won’t just provide primary care and women’s health services—you’ll actively reimagine and evolve the care model at Tia to better serve women.

What You’ll Do
- Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and women’s health services in an outpatient setting.
- Quality & Advocacy: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse range of clinical needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Clinical Innovation: Contribute to the development of care models, clinical protocols, and innovative practice standards.
- Data & Tech: Leverage technology and data to support evidence-based clinical decision-making and efficient documentation.
What You’ll Bring
- Credentials: NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active CA License and DEA.
- Clinical Expertise: 3+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women’s Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.
- Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.
Training & Development:
Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training:
- Specialized Women’s Health: Menopause management and sexual health.
- Expanded Primary Care: Medical dermatology, weight management, and procedural scope.
Work Location
This role is based in our Pasadena clinic.
Clinic Hours (PST)
8:00a - 5:30p; 8:00a - 7:00p 1 day/week
Compensation & Benefits
Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000 – $160,000, depending on level and experience.
