Position Summary
You will be an Oncology Pipeline Medical Science Liaison based in Israel. You will build trusted, non-promotional scientific relationships with investigators, clinicians and trial sites that participates in Phase 1,2 and 3 trials with our oncology pipeline assets (lung, prostate, gastro intestinal, head&neck).
You will support clinical development activities, gather field insights and work closely with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations (both for in house studies and for outsourced studies conducted by CROs). Key accountabilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Engage in peer-to-peer scientific exchange with investigators, clinicians and trial site staff to support oncology clinical development.
- Support study and protocol feasibilities, study initiation and conduct by explaining study protocol, identifying site needs, and helping remove operational barriers.
- Collect and share local scientific and operational insights to inform medical strategy and clinical development plans.
- Plan and deliver non-promotional educational meetings, investigator meetings and site training in collaboration with clin ops teams.
- Contribute to identification and support of investigator-initiated research, evidence generation and local investigator engagement.
- Ensure all activities follow GSK policies, local laws and clinical research compliance standards.

Basic Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing or a related clinical science (e.g., MD, PharmD, MSc, PhD or equivalent).
- Prior experience as an MSL, Medical Advisor or similar role in oncology.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in oncology clinical practice, clinical research, medical affairs or equivalent pharmaceutical industry role.
- Experience supporting or engaging with clinical trials, investigators or trial sites.
- Strong scientific communication skills and ability to discuss clinical evidence clearly and accurately.
- Fluency in Hebrew and strong written and spoken English.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly across the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience supporting oncology trials in Israel or the broader region.
- Understanding of local regulatory and clinical research requirements and hospital processes.
- Experience facilitating investigator-initiated research or site selection activities.
- Familiarity with electronic systems used for trial support or medical engagement.
- Strong network of oncology investigators and clinical sites in Israel.
