본 포지션은 초기에는 김포에서 근무하며, 향후 이천 warehouse로 근무지가 이전될 예정입니다. 

주요 업무
- 입고 제품의 Seal 번호, 제품명, Batch 번호, 수량 및 제품 상태를 확인하고 입고 검수를 수행합니다.
- 입고 수량에 대해 더블체크하며, 수량 불일치 또는 이상 발생 시 즉시 보고합니다.
- 입고 및 검수 관련 기록과 문서를 정확하게 작성하고 관리합니다.
- 출고 지시에 따라 제품 피킹(Picking), 포장(Packing) 및 출하 준비 업무를 수행합니다.
- 제품, 배치번호 및 수량을 확인하고 실물 재고와 시스템 재고가 일치하는지 점검합니다.
- 관련 절차에 따라 제품의 출고 및 출하 업무를 수행합니다.
- 실물 및 시스템 재고를 정확하게 관리하고 정기적인 재고 실사를 수행합니다.
- 실물 재고와 SAP 등 시스템상의 재고를 대조하고 불일치 여부를 확인합니다.
- 재고 불일치 발생 시 즉시 보고하고 필요한 원인 조사 및 후속 조치를 지원합니다.
- 반품 제품의 수량과 상태를 확인하고 지정된 장소에 이동·보관합니다.
- 관련 절차에 따라 반품 제품을 처리하고 필요한 기록과 문서를 관리합니다.
- 제품 손상, 수량 또는 재고 불일치 등 이상 사항을 발견한 경우 즉시 보고하고 후속 조치를 지원합니다.
- 승인된 절차에 따라 제품 폐기 업무를 지원합니다.
- SOP, Work Instruction 및 관련 규제 요건을 준수하여 담당 업무를 수행합니다.

자격 요건
- 업무의 세부 사항을 꼼꼼하게 확인하고 정확하게 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분
- 창고 및 물류 운영 프로세스에 대한 기본적인 이해를 갖춘 분
- 정해진 SOP 및 업무 절차를 준수하여 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분
- 제품 및 재고 수량을 정확하게 확인하고 관리할 수 있는 분
- 유관부서 및 3PL(제3자 물류) 파트너와 원활하게 소통하고 협업할 수 있는 분

우대사항
- 제약, 헬스케어, 의료기기 등 규제가 엄격한 산업에서 3년 이상의 관련 업무 경험을 보유한 분
- GDP(Good Distribution Practice), CAPA 및 Compliance 관리에 대한 지식 또는 경험을 보유한 분
- 통제물질(Controlled Substances) 관련 국내 규제 요건에 대한 이해 또는 관련 업무 경험을 보유한 분
- 지게차 운전 자격을 보유하고 관련 업무 수행이 가능한 분

We are looking for the best talent to join us as a Warehouse Operator, initially based in Gimpo and later relocating to the Icheon warehouse.

Job Summary

• Perform receiving inspection of inbound products, including verification of seal number, product, batch number, quantity, and product condition.
• Conduct two-person cross-checks of received quantities and promptly report any discrepancies or abnormalities.
• Complete and maintain receiving and inspection records accurately.
• Perform picking and packing of products according to outbound instructions.
• Verify product, batch number, and quantity, and ensure accuracy between physical products and system inventory.
• Handle and prepare outbound shipment in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory and perform periodic inventory counts.
• Reconcile physical inventory against system inventory, including SAP, and identify any discrepancies.
• Report inventory discrepancies and support follow-up investigation as required.
• Verify the quantity and condition of returned products and move/store them in the designated storage area.
• Process returned products in accordance with applicable procedures and maintain required records and documentation.
• Promptly report any quantity discrepancy or damage.
• Support product disposal activities in accordance with approved procedures.
• Perform assigned activities in compliance with applicable SOPs, Work Instructions, and regulatory requirements
• Promptly report product damage, inventory discrepancies, or other abnormalities and support required follow-up activities.

 

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing operational tasks
• Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations
• Ability to perform tasks in compliance with established SOPs and procedures
• Ability to accurately perform inventory and product quantity checks
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and 3PL partners

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or other highly regulated industries at least more than 3 years
• Knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice), CAPA, and compliance management.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical local regulatory requirements

• Forklift operating experience or forklift operator certification
