The Position

1. Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)

Roche China is driving a major capital investment in Zhangjiang, Shanghai, establishing a state-of-the-art biologics manufacturing center for Roche-owned products. Currently in its critical commissioning and qualification (C&Q) phase, this landmark project offers a unique, hands-on opportunity for high-caliber interns.

We are seeking a proactive intern to integral support the Material Management department during this high-impact period. In this role, you will work closely with Planning, Master Data, Warehouse teams to manage documentation, support SAP master data readiness, actions tracking, and ensure smooth day-to-day departmental operations.

2. Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities
    

 1)     Business Support & Data Management

-        Data & SOP Maintenance: Assist in drafting SOPs; collect and input master data into the ERP system to ensure data accuracy.

-        Bilingual Translation: Assist the department with English-Chinese translation of routine documents, SOP, and meeting minutes.

2)     Team Operations & Administrative Support

-        Admin & Logistics: Handle day-to-day administrative and logistical tasks to ensure smooth department operations.

-        Meetings & Document Processing: Draft meeting minutes, track action items, and prepare routine official documents and announcements.

3)     Team Culture & General Affairs

-        Event Organization: Assist in planning and organizing team events and training sessions to foster a positive team culture.

Ad-hoc Tasks: Efficiently complete other temporary or phase-based tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualification and Experience

Open minded, active, learning spirit, good at communication.

At least 3-5 days/week. The student who can stay until Jun 2027 and based in Shanghai will be preferrable.

Education/Qualifications

(1) Bachelor's degree or above with a major related to Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistic Management

(2) Possess good communication skills, learning ability, execution ability, stress tolerance, and team spirit.

(3) Proficient in using office application software such as Excel, PPT, and Word, especially PPT skill

(4) CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above.

(5) Plus: Skills in photography, videography, and video editing, with the ability to support department event filming and video production.
