Principal Scientist - Pharmacokinetics and Drug Metabolism (Small molecule In vitro ADME group lead)

In this role we are seeking a highly motivated scientist to lead a group of in vitro ADME scientists in Pharmacokinetics and Drug Metabolism (PKDM) team at our upcoming research facility in India. The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in in vitro ADME assays, high-throughput screening, and a strong desire to involve in mechanistic ADME assay development to support small molecule drug discovery projects. This role requires both scientific excellence and team management skills to foster collaboration, innovation, and operational efficiency. In this role, your core responsibilities include:

Salary: $120000-180000
