As an MSAT (Manufacturing Science & Technology) Technologist, you operate within a cross-functional environment to deliver technical expertise and support continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities include conducting technical assessments related to materials, evaluating and optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring robust validation strategies.

You play a key role in driving development and improvement projects within operations by:

  • Assessing and troubleshooting material-related issues
  • Identifying and implementing process optimization opportunities
  • Supporting process validation and lifecycle management activities
  • Collaborating with Quality, Production, Engineering, and R&D teams
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining Product Quality Lifecycle documentation including Product Control Strategy, Technical Risk Assessments, and Continued Process Verification.
  • Assist in developing product strategies and technical risk assessment for early-stage PLM activities.
  • Participate in change control assessments (AL1/2) and contribute to impact analysis on product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Engineering) to support product-related investigations and improvements.
  • Involve in packaging and manufacturing design enhancement and technologies to improvise the existing packaging and manufacturing processes.
  • Provide input on improving PLM workflows and contribute to the implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Explore digital technologies to robust and simplify the process of technical risk assessments.
  • Support management monitoring activities, internal audits, and inspections to ensure timely documentation and closure of CAPAs.
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to product lifecycle. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data collection and technical evaluation.
  • Support in execution of Process and Cleaning validation right from drafting protocol till Batch releases to the market.

 

Education, Experience and Skills

  • Pharm -D, Chemist and Bio-chemistry is required for this role.
  • 1-2 years or more of experience in R&D, Quality Control or Production operations
  • Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment
  • Experience with Data Analytic skills with critical thinking
  • Good understanding of compliance (Validations Cleaning and Process , Quality, Safety)
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Solid computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
