Our mission is to power Roche through cutting-edge digital technologies, harnessing the potential of artificial intelligence, data, and scalable tech innovations. Driven by purpose and passion, we’re building a future where digital is a core strength across all of Roche, enabling smarter ways of working, unlocking human potential, and driving breakthroughs that truly matter for millions of patients around the world.

At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.

Operating within our Commercial Operations division, you will join a team focused on advancing digital healthcare solutions globally. Our department utilizes a sophisticated framework centered on end-to-end quality monitoring and proactive problem-solving. In this role, you will take autonomous ownership of diverse quality initiatives to ensure our technical deliveries consistently meet strategic business objectives. By balancing rigorous product standards with a practical understanding of our current technology stack, you will have a unique opportunity to lead process enhancements and generate measurable impact.

The opportunity:

  • Take independent ownership of end-to-end quality assurance across multiple capabilities, ensuring every deliverable yields tangible business value.

  • Lead the development of holistic testing strategies, promoting and expanding automated testing while ensuring comprehensive solution validation across the existing landscape.

  • Oversee complex technical interdependencies and process links to enhance operational efficiency and assess solution impacts over the short and long term.

  • Collaborate closely with Business and RDT stakeholders to align on vision and strategy while driving the successful execution of quality assurance initiatives.

  • Refine internal best practices and processes, actively participating in Communities of Practice (CoPs), leading by example, and coaching junior colleagues.

Who you are:

To ensure a seamless fit for this quality-driven environment, candidates will be evaluated against the following criteria:

  • Required Quality Management Experience: Proven track record of defining, establishing, and executing end-to-end Quality Assurance (QA) strategies and governance frameworks across complex digital solution portfolios.

  • Required Testing & Automation Mastery: Deep expertise in modern testing methodologies, with a strong balance between scaling robust automated testing frameworks and ensuring thorough overall functional validation.

  • Required Lifecycle Integration (Best Practice): Solid experience embedding shift-left testing practices and strategic quality gates directly into Agile delivery models and continuous deployment pipelines.

  • Required Collaboration & Delivery Alignment: Demonstrated ability to work alongside Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Delivery/Service Managers, and Business units to align testing cycles with release schedules.

  • Preferred Certifications & Methodologies: Active industry certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced/Expert Level, Agile/SAFe certifications) paired with strong experience in defect management and root cause analysis.

What you get:

  • Salary range 14.000-26.000 PLN gross based on the employment contract.

  • Annual bonus payment based on your performance.

  • Dedicated training budget (training, certifications, conferences, diversified career paths etc.).

  • Recharge Fridays (2 Fridays off per quarter available).

  • Take time Program (up to 3 months of leave to use for any purpose).

  • Vacation subsidy available.

  • Flex Location (possibility to perform our work from different places in the world for a certain period of time).

  • Take Time for Charity (additional paid leave of maximum 2 weeks to engage in the charity action of your choice).

  • Private healthcare (LuxMed packages), group life insurance (UNUM) and Multisport.

  • Stock share purchase additions.

  • Yearly sales of company laptops and cars and many more!
