About the job:
New internal opportunity in Norway as Quality Officer North Europe. In this role you will contribute to maintenance of the l quality management system and compliance with EU GDP/GMP legislation and health-regulated activities.
This is a permanent, office-based contract (Lysaker, Norway). Limited amount of travel is expected in this role (>10%)
Main responsibilities:
Contribute to the management and maintenance of the Country Quality Management System
Ensure management of Product Technical Complaints under the supervision of the Country Quality Head (CQH)
Provide support to the CQH in all product quality/technical matters and GXP related activities such as quality deviations, quality events, quality alerts and recalls of medicinal products from the market.
Support CQH in management and oversight of third-party subcontractors
Ensure Quality Agreements are in place and up to date
Manage temperature excursions during transportation or storage of Sanofi products
Assure compliance with EU GDP, local legislation (“Legemiddelloven”) and belonging regulations as applicable (e.g. “Grossistforskriften”, “Tilvirkningsforskriften”, “Narkotikaforskriften”, “Legemiddelforskriften”)
Support and follow-up on Sanofi activities at Vistor (Iceland) related to quality systems
Execute operational tasks related to RP responsibilities as delegated by the RP
Act as a deputy for the CQH & RP
Manage batch commercialization process and release of Sanofi vaccines to the Norwegian and Icelandic Market
Write and update local quality documents for the processes owned by country/NE quality and provide support on quality document updates to other functions
About you:
Master’s degree in pharmacy (M.Sc. Pharm)
Experience from Pharmaceutical industry, preferably within the GxP and Health-regulated areas
Experience with GMP/GDP and quality work
Knowledge in Quality Assurance and local and EU GDP
Fluent in Norwegian and English
Good interpersonal skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
Good communication and training skills
Easy and quick adaption to variable situations requiring analysis, evaluation and constructive thinking
Accurate and have attention to details
Well-organized and able to prioritize
Eager to learn and result oriented
