The Position

Join a collaborative, forward-thinking team within our global shared services hub, where your financial acumen supports our broader purpose in global healthcare. As a Record to Report PEC Analyst, you will ensure the precision, compliance, and efficiency of our end-to-end financial operations. Working within a dynamic regional ecosystem, you will take ownership of general ledger accounting, financial analysis, and continuous process improvements.

In this impactful role, you will:

• Drive Financial Accuracy: Coordinate and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, making sure account closures match standard financial instructions.

• Manage Transaction Lifecycles: Perform and analyze core accounting transactions, oversee fixed assets calculations, justify accruals, and clear open ledger items accurately.

• Ensure Reporting Excellence: Prepare detailed monthly balance sheet reconciliations, resolve anomalies promptly, and deliver accurate reporting packages within defined timelines.

• Support Audit and Tax Management: Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external audits, as well as tax consultations, by preparing clear schedules and supporting documentation.

• Champion Internal Controls: Maintain up-to-date process documentation that complies strictly with international financial reporting controls, corporate policies, and local statutory laws.

• Advance Process Innovation: Collaboratively identify, recommend, and implement solutions for operational efficiency, supporting continuous improvement and best-practice sharing across the team.

Who You Are

You are an analytical, detail-oriented finance professional with an agile mindset and a strong customer service orientation. You possess excellent problem-solving abilities, enjoy working collaboratively in a team spirit, and show the self-discipline needed to manage shifting priorities.

Your Qualifications:

• Educational Background: You hold a Degree, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

• Professional Experience: You bring 3 years of experience in corporate finance, financial accounting, or general ledger processes. Experience in a global shared services center (SSC) or business process outsourcing (BPO) environment is highly preferred.

• Systems & Digital Literacy: You have practical working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) accounting systems (such as SAP) alongside advanced proficiency in standard spreadsheets and business tools.

• Language Excellence: You possess exceptional communication skills with professional fluency in English. Absolute proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively support our partner network in Mandarin-speaking countries.

• Adaptability: You carry a collaborative mindset, willing to participate in job rotations across functional teams to build your skills and support collective goals.
