Purpose:

We are looking for a Professional Sales Representative to drive the growth of DePuy Synthes' business in Mexico through our commercial partners.

The position will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for their territory, working closely with distributors to identify growth opportunities, strengthen market coverage, and ensure commercial execution aligned with business priorities.

The role requires a combination of commercial vision, distributor development, market knowledge, account management, and execution capabilities, while maintaining a high level of collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial plan for the territory, ensuring alignment with DePuy Synthes' objectives and priorities.
• Manage the commercial relationship with business partners, establishing priorities, action plans, and follow-up on business opportunities.
• Work jointly with distributors to develop accounts, increase territorial coverage, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Drive the achievement of commercial objectives through continuous monitoring of territory performance and the establishment of corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with clinical, administrative, and commercial stakeholders relevant to the business.
• Promote the adoption of technologies and solutions within the DePuy Synthes portfolio, supporting conversion, growth, and market development initiatives.
• Identify opportunities, competitive risks, and market needs, generating insights that contribute to the commercial strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to facilitate the execution of the territory's commercial priorities.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business, Biomedical Engineering, health-related fields, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of commercial experience in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, or related industries.
• Experience working with distributors, indirect channels, strategic accounts, or territory development is highly desirable.
• Experience in consultative selling, business development, and commercial relationship management.
• Ability to analyze a territory, prioritize opportunities, and translate commercial strategy into concrete actions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented, with a sense of urgency and strong follow-up capabilities.
• Availability to travel between 20% and 30% of the time, according to the needs of the territory.
• English.
