Experience & Technical Skills

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.

• Good understanding of GDP/GMP requirements within a regulated environment.

• Experience managing transportation providers, carriers, or logistics partners.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs to drive operational performance and improvements.

• Experience with reporting, root-cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
