Nous recherchons les meilleurs talents pour Senior Commercial Compliance Administrative.

Responsabilités principales 

• Gérer les demandes quotidiennes liées à la Compliance ainsi que les processus administratifs associés. 

• Privacy : piloter les activités Privacy concernant la boîte mail et les réponses aux clients. 

• Assurer le traitement administratif des demandes HCC conformément aux SOP HCC, notamment les contrats de prestations de services avec les professionnels de santé, le suivi des preuves de service et les rapprochements. 

• Être l’un des points de contact de l’équipe JJVC pour les sujets et questions liés aux événements. 

• Effectuer les déclarations auprès du CNOM/de l’ARS pour tous les événements, RP, STAFF et Congrès. 

• S’assurer que tous les événements sont déclarés et que toutes les informations sont enregistrées dans EMT avant leur tenue. 

• S’assurer que l’ensemble des pièces justificatives relatives aux événements sont reçues dans un délai de 15 jours ouvrés après l’événement. 

• Clôturer l’événement dans un délai de 2 mois ouvrés suivant sa tenue. 

• Soutenir l’organisation des événements concernés, y compris les déclarations Compliance. 

• Contribuer au développement et à la déclaration des conventions simplifiées. 

• Piloter le processus et les déclarations relatifs aux congrès, internes comme externes. 

• Assurer l’interface et la liaison Compliance avec les partenaires des services partagés  

• Identifier les besoins de formation Compliance et veiller à l’atteinte des indicateurs de formation. 

• Déployer les formations Commercial Compliance : nouveaux collaborateurs, nouvelles SOP, sessions de rappel, etc. 

• Tenir à jour les registres de participation aux formations. 

• Collaborer avec le Commercial Compliance Manager afin de développer et maintenir des systèmes permettant de suivre les formations et l’efficacité du programme Compliance dans l’ensemble de l’activité.

We are searching for the best talent for Senior Commercial Compliance Administrative.

Requirements:

• Main responsibilities managing day-to-day compliance requests/and associated administrative processes.

• Privacy : lead privacy duty regarding mail box and customers replies.
• Administration to include: processing requests in accordance to HCC SOP’s, contracts for fee for services for Health Care Professionals, proof of service follow up and reconciliation.
• Be one of the point of contact of the JJVC team for matters and questions related to events
• Complete declarations to CNOM/ARS for all predicted events
• Ensure all events are declared and all details are in EMT before the event takes place
• Ensure all event supporting documents are received within 15 working days after the event has occurred
• Close the events 2 months after occurrence.
• Support organization of relevant events including compliance declarations.
• Support on development and declaration of simplified conventions
• Lead on EMT : improvement of the process, validation of certain EVENT, validation of attending list, organisation of tasks within the team
• Lead on Congres declaration and process (external and internal)
•  Interface and compliance liaison with shared service compliance partners for JJVC France.
• Identification of compliance training needs and ensuring training metrics are met.
• Implement CC trainings; new staff, new SOPs, refreshing, etc.
• Maintain training attendance records.
• Work with the Compliance manager to develop and maintain systems to monitor training and the effectiveness of the compliance program across the business.
• In charge of part of the Monitoring process

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€37.300,00 - €59.915,00
