SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST – BUF

Scope: J&J Vision Care Brazil

JOB POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for supporting the financial performance and strategic priorities of the Vision Care Brazil business, working closely with Commercial, Marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders.

The role combines strong financial expertise and Finance Business Partnering to support business decisions, ensure financial governance and identify opportunities for sustainable and profitable growth. The analyst must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, effective communication and the ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders and interact with senior leadership.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver value-added business analysis and financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions;
  • Act as a key Finance Business Partner to Commercial, Marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders;
  • Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial information;
  • Monitor and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow and key business performance drivers;
  • Develop financial plans, forecasts, analyses and business cases;
  • Identify and communicate risks, opportunities and value-creation initiatives;
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, company policies and financial procedures;
  • Prepare and deliver financial presentations to business leaders and senior management;
  • Lead Finance and cross-functional projects, driving innovation, simplification and continuous improvement.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required (preferred major in Economy, Accounting, Finance or Engineering);
  • CPA, CMA, MBA as a plus;
  • Advanced English;
  • Advanced level on Digital Skills (Microsoft Office, Power BI as example).

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES AND AFFILIATIONS

  • Business Support, Pricing and Financial knowledge are required. Compliance, Costing and Accounting background is a plus;
  • Professional experience is required;
  • Strong communication and influencing skills;
  • Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and senior leadership;
  • Ability to work autonomously to achieve defined objectives;
  • A track record of driving constructive change should be evident;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are required.
