Job Description

Job Description Summary

To design and develop scientific and medical communications, such slide presentations, infographics, medical illustrations/animations, video, website designs, scientific tables, graphs, and figures. Prepare high-quality graphics for medical communication/education projects.

Timely preparation of posters/graphics for written text to satisfy regulatory requirements for publication of clinical trial results, to increase customer awareness of the company.

Location: Hyderabad

Key responsibilities: 

  • Design and convert medical contents generated by writers into creative  and engaging communication inputs.
  • Format table style and figures/graphs according to internal and external guidelines.
  • Coordinate with writing team members to incorporate review comments.
  • Adhere to timelines and ensure quality standards.
  • Comply with and support the group’s standards, policies, and initiatives.
  • Work on PowerPoint presentations for slide-sets.
  • Conduct a peer-level review of design projects.

Essential Requirements: 

  • Demonstrate a good sense of aesthetics and Graphic designing.
  • No major design or formatting issues in jobs delivered.
  • Adherence to timelines.
  • Completion of designing/formatting an adequate number of publications (taking into account complexity) per year.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle complex tasks and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn new software’s and technologies quickly (e.g., AI technologies).
  • Ability to mentor colleagues.

Desirable Requirements:  
Minimum: Bachelors in any discipline with 2-4 yrs. experience
in graphic designing (for Sr GD 4-6 years)

Desirable: B.F.A. / M.F.A (Bachelor/ Master of Fine Arts or Applied arts) with 2-4 yrs. experience in graphic design and web technology

Skills:

Knowledge of software: Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office tools – essential

Desirable: Adobe Creative Cloud (Graphic/Media), Microsoft Office tools, Maya, 3Ds Max, Web technologies (such as HTML5, XHTML, JavaScript, J Query, CSS, Website layout / Template and construction)
 

Experience:

Previous experience: Worked as a visualizer in an advertising agency or a graphic designer/visualizer in a Pharma company

Languages :

  • English.
