Summary:

The Senior Manager, Commercialization Data Product – Omnichannel Data supports the build and operationalization of omnichannel data products on the Databricks platform, ensuring that HCP, patient, media, and digital channel data is curated, governed, and ready for commercial analytics consumption. This role bridges business strategy and data engineering, partnering Omnichannel Excellence, Brand, CASA Analytics, BIT, Media, Digital, and Market Access stakeholders to enable data-driven omnichannel decision-making at scale.

Responsibilities:

Omnichannel Data Product Support & Delivery

  • Contribute to end-to-end delivery of omnichannel data products — from requirements and domain design through deployment — on the Databricks platform.
  • Translate omnichannel business requirements (HCP engagement, patient journeys, media performance) into data product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support execution of data product roadmaps, release schedules, and backlogs with IT and data engineering teams.
  • Help ensure omnichannel data assets (HCP 360, Patient 360, media attribution, channel performance) are built, versioned, catalogued, and accessible.

Databricks Platform Enablement

  • Support design and delivery of curated omnichannel data layers within the Databricks platform, ensuring governed data products for commercial analytics.
  • Partner with BIT and data engineering to define pipelines, transformation logic, and refresh SLAs for omnichannel feeds (CRM, media, digital engagement, third-party data).
  • Contribute to adoption of Databricks-native features (Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables) to enable governed self-service access for analytics stakeholders.
  • Monitor pipeline reliability and data freshness; assist triaging quality and latency issues with engineering teams.

Omnichannel Measurement & Analytics Enablement

  • Collaborate with Omnichannel Excellence CoE, CASA Analytics, Brand, and Media to help define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and benchmarks across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Support multi-channel data integration — linking media, digital engagement, CRM, and sales data — for monthly/quarterly omnichannel performance reporting.
  • Contribute to audience analytics capabilities to inform personalized HCP and patient engagement strategies.

Data Governance & Quality

  • Support implementation of data governance frameworks across omnichannel domains, including stewardship roles, data definitions, and approved usage guidelines.
  • Help ensure datasets are catalogued with accurate metadata, lineage, and ownership in the enterprise data catalog.
  • Monitor data quality dashboards; assist in defining completeness, accuracy, and timeliness rules for omnichannel pipelines.
  • Assist with third-party data licensing, redistribution, and privacy/retention compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Life Sciences, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years in data products, commercial analytics, or data engineering in pharma or life sciences
  • Omnichannel marketing and analytics experience — digital media, search, social, CRM, HCP/patient engagement
  • Strong fluency on Databricks data management: data pipelines, Unity Catalog, curated layer design
  • Track record delivering data products end-to-end in an agile, cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity with data governance, data catalog platforms, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; able to translate multi-channel data into clear, actionable insights
  • Self-directed with strong accountability and urgency

Key Competencies

  • Data Product Delivery: Executes omnichannel data product delivery across the full lifecycle — requirements, build, versioning, and documentation
  • Databricks: Familiarity and Hands-on with Unity Catalog, and governed data product patterns
  • Omnichannel Fluency: Knows HCP/patient engagement data, multi-channel campaign measurement, and digital analytics
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Works effectively across commercial, analytics, BIT, and vendor teams
  • Data Governance: Applies governance principles — lineage, classification, ownership, and privacy controls
  • Agile Delivery: Experienced in backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination
