Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct anti-bribery and corruption due diligence and risk assessments on external partners.

- Review conflicts of interest and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.

- Lead day-to-day program operations across the assigned European region.

- Act as the primary contact for process guidance and compliance-related queries.

- Monitor identified risks and ensure timely completion of mitigation actions.

- Analyze program data to identify trends, emerging risks, and actionable insights.

- Support policy improvements, process enhancements, automation initiatives, and annual compliance campaigns.

Essential Requirements

- Experience in anti-corruption, compliance, risk management, or a related field.

- Proven ability to assess, monitor, and mitigate compliance-related risks.

- Experience managing complex compliance programs and ethical business practices.

- Strong stakeholder management skills across functions, countries, and organizational levels.

- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into informed decisions.

- Fluent English and French, written and spoken.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 779,520.00 -1,447,680.00 CZK Annual

 The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. 

 In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
