  • Lead Inspection Readiness - Coordinate GxP Health Authority inspection preparation across Global Procurement, Quality, and business partner teams, ensuring documentation is always audit-ready
  • Drive the TPRM Program - Manage and enhance the TPRM technology platform, improving adoption, consistency, and performance across the organization
  • Deliver Meaningful Insights - Develop standardized reporting for continuous monitoring and prepare leadership-level updates for steering committees
  • Champion Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with Global Procurement, business units, and risk communities to facilitate due diligence assessments and support vendor risk mitigation
  • Build Risk Awareness - Design and deliver training and change management initiatives that embed a culture of risk awareness across the Global Procurement function
  • Innovate Continuously - Bring fresh, strategic ideas to evolve TPRM practices, share best practices, and contribute to thought leadership in internal and external forums

What You'll Bring
