About the job

Our Team:

We are a dynamic and collaborative team based in Prague, working across administrative, project, and communication functions in a fast-paced international environment. Our team supports key business initiatives and ensures smooth day-to-day operations, playing an important role in connecting people, information, and projects across the organization.

Main responsibilities:

• Administrative support – Coordinate travel arrangements including hotel and flight bookings using the Concur tool; provide general day-to-day administrative assistance to the team

• Project support – Contribute to ongoing initiatives such as the Performance Project; support project tracking, documentation, and follow-up activities

• Communication support – Town Hall meetings – Assist in agenda preparation and compilation of presentations

• Communication support – Newsletters – Collect content contributions and manage posting and distribution to internal audiences

About You

• Experience: Currently enrolled as a student in Economics, Pharmacy, Chemical Technology, Communication, or a related field

• Technical skills:

• Basic knowledge of finance and invoicing processes

• Ability to build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Excel, Power BI)

• Familiarity with monitoring methods and tools

• Soft skills: Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, attention to detail, team player, and effective communicator

• Languages: Fluency in Czech and Proficiency in English
