As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work across borders within an empowered, self-organized environment. You will support team development and deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences by leveraging diverse talent and specialized expertise.

About the opportunity:

  • Drive end-to-end standardized recruiting processes across multiple Latin American countries, delivering customized talent acquisition solutions, proactive sourcing, pipelining, and seamless candidate experiences.

  • Manage the complete offer and negotiation process with all necessary stakeholders according to local specifications, ensuring compliance, creating proposals, and aligning with our total rewards strategy while securing internal approvals.

  • Elevate customer value across the People & Culture suite by incorporating core behaviors and key metrics into every interaction with Hiring Managers, candidates, and stakeholders.

  • Influence high-quality hiring decisions by focusing on the moments that matter most in the candidate journey and driving strategic talent conversations to enhance organizational efficiency.

  • Leverage a scaled, AI-ready, and knowledge-sharing culture, utilizing and mastering advanced applicant tracking and sourcing tools such as Workday, Phenom People, and LinkedIn.

  • Contribute directly to global recruiting priorities by participating in upskilling, talent exchange, or knowledge-sharing activities.

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, biotech, or pharmaceutical setting, with a required University Degree.

  • Trilingual fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (mandatory).

  • Expertise in progressive sourcing options (direct sourcing, web recruitment tools, networking, diversity recruiting) and a proven track record in proactive talent acquisition.

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition across Latin America within corporate or agency settings.

  • Technical proficiency in ATS systems, with a preference for Workday and Phenom, alongside offer process and systems management.

  • Strong business acumen combined with stakeholder management, consultative problem-solving, communication and influencing skills.

  • Agile mindset with the flexibility to adapt, move, and support different functions/capabilities as needed within a matrix environment.

Location: São Paulo – Hybrid model.
