These responsibilities include some of the following: - Conduire et surveiller les opérations de production selon les procédures et les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication. - Préparer et lancer les ordres de fabrication en vérifiant la conformité des matières et des équipements. - Remplir, contrôler et garantir la traçabilité des dossiers de lot et des enregistrements. - Réaliser la maintenance de premier niveau et créer les demandes d’intervention dans l’outil de gestion. - Détecter les écarts de process, appliquer des actions correctives immédiates et remonter les anomalies. - Former et accompagner les nouveaux collègues et partager les bonnes pratiques opérationnelles. Responsibilities - Effectuer les contrôles de démarrage, en cours et fin de production et consigner les résultats. - Conduire équipements automatisés et semi-automatisés en respectant les règles de sécurité et d’hygiène. - Participer aux investigations qualité et documenter les actions correctives et préventives. - Maintenir l’ordre, la propreté et les standards 5S sur votre zone de travail. - Communiquer régulièrement avec maintenance, qualité et logistique pour assurer la continuité de la production. - Contribuer à l’amélioration continue en signalant des opportunités et en proposant des optimisations. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Diplôme minimum Bac ou Bac+2 technique (Bac Pro, BTS, DUT) ou expérience équivalente en industrie. - 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en production industrielle, idéalement en environnement réglementé. - Connaissance et respect des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication, hygiène et sécurité. - Rigueur documentaire et sens de la traçabilité. - Capacité à réaliser une maintenance de premier niveau et à signaler les interventions. - Disponibilité pour travailler sur site et selon des horaires postés. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Expérience de conduite de ligne sur équipements automatisés. - Connaissance pratique d’un ERP (par exemple SAP) et d’une GMAO. - Plus de 3 ans d’expérience en production pharmaceutique ou en industries réglementées. - Sensibilité à l’amélioration continue et connaissance des outils Lean. - Anglais technique opérationnel. - Formation complémentaire en qualité, sécurité ou maintenance industrielle.
