Make sure that documentation related to the packaging lots (this includes the "Batch Record", Electronic systems data information and related forms) is complete and correct from the moment of issuance until the end of the lot. Make the requisition of materials to be transferred to the packaging lines and perform the reconciliation of packaging components at the end of the packaging process. Participate in the packaging and cleaning process of lots as per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for verifying the cleaning documentation and the line clearance process on the assigned packing lines and making sure to apply the safety rules, CGMP, and company policies and procedures in their assigned work area.
• Performs routine manual production tasks including area and equipment cleaning, line clearance, part assembly, wrapping, filling boxes or trays, production sampling, applying labels, and packing.
• Make the requisition of materials to be transferred to the packaging lines. Responsible for the receipt, use and verification of packaging material and tablets through the applicable electronic system and in the documents. Prepare labels to identify area status.
• Responsible for the correct and complete documentation of all tasks assigned during the packing process. Runs the reconciliation of packaging components at the end of the packaging process.
• Responsible for keeping the area clean and orderly so that work can be done in a safe environment and in compliance with GMP's.
• Assist the production coordinator when necessary and assume his responsibilities when he is not present in the area.
• Provide assistance to operations in accordance with environmental management, occupational health and safety (EH&S) systems and promote continuous improvement. Comply with all EHS procedures and policies including incident reporting, use of PPE, waste management and disposal, and any other program applicable according to the position duties.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the Coordinator and / or Supervisor.
