Job Description:

Key Accountability 1 – China DS Labelling Solution

• Own end-to-end China labelling processes, platform, templates, and governance.
• Lead China labelling system deployment, enhancement, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
• Manage labelling hardware ecosystem, including RF devices, scanners, printers, and warehouse labelling stations.
• Act as the primary Supply Chain contact window and business owner for labelling system with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive labelling innovation initiatives, including 2D barcode capability, UDI readiness, patient-specific labelling, hospital-specific labelling, and future compliance requirements.

Key Accountability 2 – Supply Chain and Labelling Master Data Governance 

• Own Supply Chain and labelling master data governance, including material master, licenses, UDI records, and related regulatory data.
• Partner with QA/RA to maintain data accuracy, compliance, and synchronization across systems.
• Lead periodic data review and governance processes.

Key Accountability 3 – Supply Chain Systems Business Ownership 

• Serve as the primary Supply Chain business counterpart to IT and cross functional team
• Own ERP (SAP MARS) Supply Chain modules, covering design to deployment, UAT, change management, enhancements, and business continuity management.
• Own non-ERP Supply Chain applications (>15 applications), including solution design, implementation, troubleshooting, vendor management, and compliance assessment, like GxP, etc.

Key Accountability 4 – Regulatory Compliance & Audit Governance 

• Lead Supply Chain system readiness for SOX, Finance, Tax, FDA/NMPA, and Internal Audits.
• Ensure traceability, audit trails, data integrity, and compliance controls.
• Act as the Supply Chain focal point for regulatory and compliance requirements.

Key Accountability 5 – Project & Transformation Leadership 

• Lead Supply Chain systems projects, platform deployments, and digital initiatives.
• Act as Supply Chain SME for ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and corporate transformation programs.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and operational improvements.
