The Associate Director will help drive commercial strategy and business operations projects across the Neuroscience and Eye Care business, that includes Psychiatry, Migraine, Parkinson’s Disease, BOTOX Therapeutics and Eye Care. Specific activities will include:

Strategic Excellence

1. Lead key commercial on-market strategic initiatives that lay the strategic foundation to maximize patient impact of in-line brands
2. Working with brand teams to lead the development of launch strategy for launch-ready products
3. Lead key strategic initiatives across Neuroscience that identifies longer-term growth (e.g., Strategy LRP, BD assessment, Roadmap and Brand planning)

This position will foster positive working relationships and be highly collaborative with each franchise brand teams, Finance, Medical, R&D, Market Access, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Market Analytics and Business Insights (MABI), Sales Training, Sales Force Effectiveness, Regulatory, Customer Experience, and other cross franchise teams to gain input into developing strategic and operational projects. The (Associate) Director must demonstrate the ability to lead without authority, while building a collaborative, integrated approach across the organization

This position reports to the Director, US Commercial Strategy, Operations and Planning (Neuroscience and Eye Care) and will support data analytical execution, creating strong narratives on insights and communication with key stakeholders and executive leadership.
