This position supports the Director, International Market Access & Pricing (iMAP) in developing the access ambition and key deliverables like payer value propositions/stories for Venetoclax indications and ultimately providing tools and support to the market access teams in Areas and Affiliates.

• This role will leverage your clinical understanding, deep global payer knowledge, and competitive insights to shape Access deliverables for Epcoritamab upcoming launches.
• The position works closely with Area and affiliate personnel in determining appropriate responses/actions to developmental milestone decision points with regards to implications for local pricing and/or reimbursement issues.
• The primary goal of this position is to define/refine Global pricing & access strategy, influence global commercial strategy and integrated evidence program to optimize price, reimbursement, and patient access for Venetoclax.

Overall Responsibilities Include:

• Addressing pricing, reimbursement, access issues across international key markets, including the EU5, CAN, JPN, AUS, and BRA.
• In collaboration with the Director, International Market Access and Pricing, leverage Evidence Based Medicine expertise and clinical background, deep global payer knowledge, research and competitive insights to co-lead the Value and Access Team (VAT) through the creation of the Integerated Access Straegies
• Update global access materials (IAS, value proposition, payer objection handler, negotiation pathway, etc.) based on market insights and competitor dynamics
• Collaborating with other iMAP functions such as Pricing and HTA Strategy as well as GHEOR, Global Business Intelligence, Government Affairs, IMCO, MHI and complimentary Area & Affiliate Functions, to ensure solid understanding of global payer markets and emerging stakeholders in the reimbursement areas
• Leading project management with regards to purchasing support, opening of POs; ensuring appropriate documentation is in place in line with company procedures and storage of pertinent documents to assigned projects

Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
