Within the organization, the Associate Director cultivates strong working relationships and encourages extensive collaboration with teams in Patient Services, Digital Lab, Co-pay Center of Excellence, Patient Engagement, medical and regulatory review, market research, business analytics, Patient Services Training, Brand team and other cross-franchise teams. Externally, the Associate Director partners with various agencies and consultants to effectively lead the implementation of marketing strategies and plans for numerous stakeholders. The candidate must be able to operate in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment with high expectations and a patient focus that drives the need for quality deliverables and performance.
