JOB SUMMARY:

The AMI (Allergan Medical Institute) Associate Manager is responsible for taking through health care providers’ educational journey and upskill them with injectables AA products by offering training opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible to lead the execution and help development of medical education strategy from concept/message development and handoff to execution that align with our brand strategy, implement solutions with educational trainings with mix of virtual and face-to-face to meet the needs of HCPs for optimal patient outcome.

Key duties & Responsibilities

EDUCATION ACTIVITIES

• Plan and execute medical education strategy in alignment with international and local goals and objectives by working closely with Lead.
• Responsible for local roll-out of global/regional medical education strategy, content assets.
• Co-create high-quality training content with faculty members by eliciting physicians’ perspectives, clinical insights, and educational needs, and translating them into clear, scientifically sound, and clinically relevant educational content.
• Lead assigned education projects from concept and content development through implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Help develop planning and execution of new project (incl. contents creation) in AMI and manage to launch it to meet the timeline.
• Collaborate cross functionally with both international and local internal stakeholders – AMI team, marketing, medical, legal and compliance, etc., and with external partners to facilitate and ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Track year planning of activities for tactical execution, analyzing outcomes and providing recommendations for improvements.
• Closely work with stakeholders to maintain strong relationships with KOLs and thought leaders and develop key customers.
• Cultivate strong relationships with cross functional departments.
• Ensure programs are executed compliantly and in-line with regulatory and legal regulations.
• Take a proactive approach in researching new trends in facial aesthetics.
• Manage the expense within the agreed budget and contribute towards the setting of future budgets.
• Travel to select programs, events, and conventions.
