Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Regional Commercial Strategy, ImmunoDerm to join our Innovative Medicine Commercial team in APAC.

L1: Aim of Job

Lead the commercial strategy, performance, competitiveness, and growth of the APAC ImmunoDerm portfolio, including TREMFYA, ICOTYDE, and future pipeline assets such as Atopic Dermatitis.

Accountable for driving portfolio growth, launch excellence, market leadership, and pipeline readiness across APAC while shaping regional priorities and influencing Global Immunology strategy.

Key Outcome: Deliver sustainable growth, successful launches, and long-term market leadership for the ImmunoDerm franchise.

L2: Main Accountabilities

1. Portfolio Strategy & Lifecycle Leadership

  • Lead APAC strategy across TREMFYA, ICOTYDE, and pipeline assets.

  • Drive portfolio prioritization and investment allocation.

  • Lead market shaping and launch readiness for Atopic Dermatitis and future indications.

  • Embed data, analytics, and insights into decision making.

2. Growth & Launch Excellence

  • Accelerate TREMFYA growth and market leadership.

  • Deliver successful launches and indication expansions for ICOTYDE.

  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.

  • Scale best practices across APAC markets.

3. Competitive Strategy & Market Leadership

  • Develop strategies to sustain competitive advantage.

  • Anticipate competitive, access, and policy risks.

  • Lead scenario planning and opportunity identification.

  • Influence Global strategy, evidence generation, and positioning.

4. Cross-Functional & Regional Leadership

  • Align and influence APAC Operating Companies.

  • Lead integration across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and R&D.

  • Ensure seamless execution from pipeline through launch and growth.

5. Performance Management & Investment Optimization

  • Establish portfolio KPIs and performance dashboards.

  • Drive accountability, resource optimization, and ROI-based decision making.

  • Lead forecasting and business planning processes.

6. People & Organizational Leadership

  • Build and develop a high-performing regional team.

  • Strengthen capabilities in strategy, analytics, launch excellence, and competitiveness.

  • Develop talent pipelines and succession plans.

  • Role model Credo-based leadership.

L4: Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

  • Significant experience in Strategic Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Sales Leadership within biopharmaceuticals.

  • Experience leading regional or cross-market initiatives.

  • Demonstrated people leadership experience.

  • Dermatology, Immunology, Specialty Care, or Launch Excellence experience preferred.

  • Strong stakeholder management and matrix leadership capabilities.

  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Positioning Statement

Owns one of APSO Immunology's largest growth platforms, encompassing:

  • TREMFYA (core growth driver)

  • ICOTYDE (major launch and expansion opportunity)

  • Future pipeline assets, including Atopic Dermatitis

Accountable for franchise growth, launch excellence, competitive leadership, and long-term portfolio value creation across APAC, consistent with a D1 leadership role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of professional Sales and Sales Management or Marketing and/or Marketing Management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or healthcare industry is required.

  • A minimum of two years in Marketing and/or Marketing Management or a Commercial Excellence / Analytics function is required.

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing and leading a cross functional / cross geographic team is strongly preferred.

  • Team leadership experience

  • Therapeutic area expertise preferred

  • Up to 50% travel across APAC
