Warehouse & Distribution Manager

The Warehouse & Distribution Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for end-to-end distribution center operations, ensuring the safe, compliant, cost-effective, and efficient supply of products. This role is accountable for both day-to-day operational performance and the development and execution of operational strategies for the Warehouse & Distribution function. The role drives operational excellence, organizational capability, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with business, quality, and compliance objectives.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations, including people leadership.
• Experience managing 3PL partners and distribution operations in a regulated environment.
• Experience operating in regulated, quality-driven environments such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
• Strong track record in operational excellence, continuous improvement, cost management, and productivity improvement.
• Experience developing distribution network, capacity, or operational improvement plans to support business growth.
• Experience working with SAP or other supply chain / warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in Japanese and English.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
