Job Summary
The AMI Digital Manager will work as part of the AMI Digital team to support the planning, execution and continuous optimization of digital education initiatives. The role will collaborate closely with other AMI functional teams, Marketing, Medical Affairs, IMCO, PR, BTS and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance physician learning experiences, strengthen digital engagement and support the evolution of AMI's digital education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Platform Operations

• Lead the day-to-day operation and continuous optimization of AMI digital Hub platforms, including Mini Program, Official Account and Channel.
• Coordinate platform enhancement initiatives and work with internal and external stakeholders to improve user experience.
• Monitor platform performance and support operational excellence and compliance requirements.

2. Physician Learning Journey Management

• Support the development and execution of physician learning journeys across digital and offline touchpoints.
• Coordinate pre-learning, training registration, certification and post-training engagement activities.
• Facilitate physician participation and learning continuity across AMI educational programs.

3. Content & Engagement Programs

• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute educational content and engagement initiatives.
• Manage webinars, livestreams and other digital education activities.
• Contribute to content amplification across AMI digital channels.

4. Data & Performance Analytics

• Manage the development and maintenance of AMI reporting tools and performance dashboards.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and program optimization.
• Collaborate with BTS and analytics teams on data integration and reporting initiatives.

5. Cross-functional Project Coordination

• Coordinate digital projects across AMI, Medical, Marketing, Commercial, BTS, Compliance and external vendors.
• Support project planning, implementation and post-launch review activities.

6. Global & IMCO Collaboration

• Collaborate with IMCO and global stakeholders on AMI digital education initiatives.
• Support the localization and implementation of selected global AMI digital programs and resources in China.
• Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between China and international AMI teams.
• Contribute local operational insights and best practices to regional and global projects.

• 负责AMI数字化平台的日常运营与持续优化，平台包括：艾尔建学苑小程序、公众号、视频号等。
• 协同推进平台功能优化，与内外部团队共同提升用户体验。
• 跟踪平台表现，支持运营效率提升及合规要求落实。

2. 医生学习旅程管理

• 支持跨数字化与线下场景的医生学习旅程设计与执行。
• 协同推进课前学习、培训报名、认证及课后跟进等运营环节。
• 促进医生参与并提升AMI教育项目中的学习连续性。

3. 内容与用户运营

• 与跨职能团队合作，推动医学教育内容与互动项目落地。
• 负责网络研讨会、直播及其他数字化教育活动。
• 支持AMI数字化渠道中的内容传播与影响力放大。

4. 数据分析与运营洞察

• 管理AMI报表工具与数据看板的建设及维护。
• 提供数据洞察，支持项目决策与持续优化。
• 与BTS及数据分析团队协作，推进数据整合与报表相关工作。

5. 跨部门项目协同

• 协同AMI、医学、市场、商业、BTS、合规及外部供应商推进数字化项目。
• 支持项目规划、落地执行及上线后的复盘优化。

6. 国际合作与IMCO协同

• 与IMCO及全球相关团队协作推进AMI数字化教育相关项目。
• 支持部分全球AMI数字化项目及资源在中国的本地化落地。
• 促进中国与国际AMI团队之间的沟通及经验交流。
• 向区域及全球项目贡献中国本地运营洞察与实践经验。
