Job Description

Responsible for identifying new approaches for solving business problems related to growth,
Partner to Sales through data-based insights into the current and forward-looking state of sales to drive strategic & tactical action to achieve business goals,
Decide and follow up of KPI sets for key initiatives,
Assist in design, coordination and implementation of local/regional/global sales force effectiveness projects,
Determine segmentation of HCPs and call targets & sales quotas of sales team by using SFE tools,
Provide necessary support in territory alignment, Segmentation, target setting, incentive/sales target calculation processes,
Review actual monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance of medical aesthetic brands, following global & local KPIs and guide sales function and implement timely actions accordingly,
Assist pre-launching activities of upcoming products.
