Supporting site controllership in all aspects of operational finance for the company's site in Middleton, WI, the Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for cross-functional support through monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. This individual supports monthly close activities, margin and variance analysis, and drives process improvement.  The position will lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles for assigned functions, providing insights into financial performance, risks, and opportunities.

Communicates financial results and recommendations to business leaders.  Keeps leadership apprised of key risks and opportunities.  Comfortable communicating and developing trust across multiple locations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifies and implements opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and operational performance.
