JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Medical Operation
  • Medical update, clinical projects progress, compliance matrix summary and report to support monthly medical dashboard.
  • Assist line manager to track and monitor department expense
  • Assist line manager to maintain and track promotional/non-promotional material review process within internal system
  • Arrange new medical staff on boarding, and organize medical staff on-the-job training.
  • Admin of Medical system(SFA…) , liaison with global team to support new features localization.
  • Track IFT KPI and analysis monthly, solve problems with global team for dashboard or system related.
  • Plan, arrange and coordinate internal/external meetings of medical affairs function
  • Full Process management of medical affairs projects, such as PO, contact, negotiation with vendors, payment, etc.
  • Compliance/Finance policy training to medical team
  • Other temporarily assigned job by line manager
