TSA 准入先锋（TSA Access Pioneer）

Up to PG30

 

一、岗位定位（Role Purpose）

在 TSA 准入先锋团队负责人领导下，负责支持 TSA 产品在指定区域/渠道/医院层面的医院准入及医保准入落地工作，通过平台合作、区域推进及院端执行，加速 TSA 产品可及性，支持业务增长目标。

 

二、主要职责（Key Responsibilities）

 

• 在整体准入策略指引下，负责 TSA 产品在所负责区域或项目中的医院及医保准入具体推进与执行
• 参与平台合作相关工作，包括平台信息收集、合作评估支持、内部流程执行及渠道培训落地
• 协同 GA 及相关职能，支持省级医保准入及区域大准入项目的推进与实施
• 根据既定目标医院策略，推动院端准入执行，包括非临床准入培训及相关支持工作
• 协助推进与准入相关的临床学术支持活动，提升院端对 TSA 产品价值的理解和接受度
• 持续跟进准入进展，识别执行中的问题与挑战，并及时反馈和提出改进建议
• 支持准入相关数据收集、进度跟踪及材料准备，确保信息准确、反馈及时

 

 

三、任职要求（Requirements）

 

• 本科及以上学历，医学、药学、公共卫生、医保/卫生经济、市场或相关专业背景优先
• 具备医院准入、医保准入、市场准入或相关领域工作经验者优先
• 了解中国医疗体系及医保政策环境，对准入流程具有基本认知
• 具备良好的跨部门沟通与协作能力，能够支持多方协同推进工作
• 执行力强，结果导向，能够在既定策略和节奏下有效推进任务
• 具备良好的学习能力和问题解决意识，能够在复杂环境中快速理解并响应需求
• 具有一定的数据敏感度和业务理解能力
