The Position

Key Responsibilities

Audits expense reports submitted for reimbursement.Communicates with supported affiliate employees in a professional manner when corrections or clarification is required on expense report submissions.Ensure Travel and Expense Policy is up to date and being enforced in the Concur and TRAM systems   Communicate and collaborate proactively with various business partners and management to resolve issues or alert of T&E or Healthcare Professionals compliance discrepancies.Serve as T&E representative on large or cross functional projects; lead small departmental projects or change initiatives with appropriate improvement requirements .Ensures best practices are shared across team members.Ensure all business activities comply with Travel & Expense Policy, FGAR, relevant SOPs, local guidelines.Ensure SLA audit and compliance principles between SSC and affiliates are met.

Qualifications

Strong ability to prioritize and organize work effectively, adhere to tight and established deadlines.

Demonstrated communication skills with a focus on customer service.Knowledge of Finance Shared Services and operational accounting processes.Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to perform work with limited direction and guidance.  Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask.Works well with others and follow through to execute all tasks to deliver on deadlines.Language requirements: English, Spanish and Portuguese desirable.University Degree (>2 Years) in  Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.  

Experience of

2+ years experience in an operational T&E or audit role.

Experience with related T&E SAP systems TRAM and Concur is highly desirable.
