Job Description

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization and pioneer in industry cloud, helping life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. As one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in history, we surpassed $3B in revenue in our last fiscal year with extensive growth potential ahead.

At the heart of Veeva are our values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed. We're not just any public company – we made history in 2021 by becoming a public benefit corporation (PBC), legally bound to balancing the interests of customers, employees, society, and investors.

As a Work Anywhere company, we support your flexibility to work from home or in the office, so you can thrive in your ideal environment.

Join us in transforming the life sciences industry, committed to making a positive impact on its customers, employees, and communities.

The Role

Crossix Measurement Suite is the industry leader in healthcare marketing analytics. We deidentify large scale healthcare datasets and transform it into actionable insights, allowing life sciences organisations to optimize how they reach and support patients. Crossix operates at the intersection of Big Data and AdTech. We combine the fast paced delivery of a start-up with the long-term security of a global leader.

You will play a key role in ensuring our customers successfully deploy, integrate, and operate our platform. By leading complex technical integrations and solving challenging infrastructure problems, you'll directly impact customer success, platform reliability, and the delivery of critical healthcare data solutions.

Our engineering philosophy prioritizes speed without compromising on quality. You will integrate into a lean and focused team with the encouragement to drive technical decisions and the accountability to execute. We value individuals who want to solve complex problems over following a rigid script, providing the space to influence both architecture, delivery and strategy.

Leadership shares a clear vision of the future, ensuring every sprint contributes to a larger objective. By helping treatments reach the right people, we use our engineering expertise to improve the healthcare landscape and act in the best interest of the patient.

What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end integrations for large enterprise customers.
  • Work with modern cloud technologies across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Solve unique technical challenges involving infrastructure, security, networking, and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and customer technical teams.
  • Influence architecture, best practices, and the future direction of our deployment and integration processes.
  • Lead customer onboarding and technical integration projects from planning through production deployment.
  • Design, deploy, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Implement and support Kubernetes, compute, networking, storage, and security configurations across multiple cloud providers.
  • Automate deployment, upgrade, and operational workflows to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve complex production issues, performing root cause analysis and driving permanent fixes.
  • Partner with customers and internal engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available solutions.
  • Develop technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to improving engineering standards, tooling, and operational excellence.

  • Requirements
  • Cloud Technologies – proven experience with at least one of the following cloud providers: AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing integration projects, including timeline management
  • 5+ years of significant customer-facing experience, ability to present to security and compliance customer teams, proven communication skills
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, and other API protocols
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and git version control system
